◈Definition
SPICe+ (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company electronically Plus) is the integrated web-based form used to incorporate a new company in India. It combines incorporation, PAN, TAN, ESIC, EPFO, GSTIN registration, and opening a bank account into one flow. SPICe+ replaced the older SPICe form in 2020 as part of MCA's Ease of Doing Business reforms. It remains the canonical starting point for any new Indian company.
