- ROC stands for Registrar of Companies — a government office under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) that registers and regulates companies within its jurisdiction. Each state or region has a designated ROC office, such as RoC-Delhi, RoC-Mumbai, or RoC-Bangalore.
- How to find the directors of a company?
