AGILE-PRO — Glossary

◈Definition

AGILE-PRO is filed alongside SPICe+ at company incorporation. It handles the follow-on registrations that a new company needs to actually operate: GSTIN (if applicable), EPFO, ESIC, Shops and Establishments registration in some states, and opening a current bank account. AGILE-PRO is one of the reasons company formation in India has become materially faster since 2020.
