How fast do you respond to general enquiries?
Response times vary. We do not guarantee a fixed acknowledgement or resolution time. Include the page URL and the specific question so the request can be assessed.
How do I report an error on a company or director record?
Use the corrections email (corrections@corpintel.io) and reference the page URL. Include a dated supporting source; no fixed response time is guaranteed. See our corrections policy for details on how errors are handled.
Can I request a company record be removed?
Use the privacy-policy and terms contact process for a privacy or removal request, and the corrections channel for a factual error. CorpIntel cannot change the official MCA register. Requests concerning our collected records require assessment in their actual circumstances.
Do you cover press enquiries and offer data for stories?
Email press@corpintel.io with your outlet, deadline and research question. Availability of any response or aggregate extract must be assessed for the specific request; this is not a promise of a custom reporting service.
Can I submit a guest piece or contribute to the Research Desk?
